1). Q: Where is your company located ?
A: Our office is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, of China. (zip code:361008), near the Xiamen seaside as well as the Xiamen International Airport. It takes around 20 minutes by car from Airport to our office. And, our stone factory is located in Quanzhou City where is the international stone city.
2). Q: Where is your main market worldwide ?
A: Our products enjoyed high reputation throughout the world and widely exported to USA, Europe, Australia, East Asia, Middle East and other countries. 100% for export.
3). Q: Do you have your own stone quarry in China ?
A: As you know, suvstone is one of Chinese professional stone companies. Most of domestic granite and marble, we have our own quarries. Such as G682, G636, 681, etc. So, we can offer you good quality and best price products.
4). Q: May I ask for some samples from your company ?
A: Of course. It is my pleasure. We can send you free samples through DHL, UPS, TNT or Fedex group or Fedex Expedited. However, the freight cost should be on your side. We would like to deduct sample freight cost from the total amount when you finally placed the order.
5). Q: Why do you buy from us?
A: We always offer you most competitive prices since we buy materials from Quarry owner directly and processed in our own factory.
6). Q: What is approximate delivery time for each order?
A: It depends on the quantity you ordered.
For one container, it usually takes around 15-20 days after confirming order.
7). Q: What is your regular edge finish for countertop ?
A: We can provide you various kinds of edge finish. Such as: Straight Edges, Bevel Single, Bevel Double, Round Single, Round Top, Ogee Round, Half Bullnose, Full Bullnose, Double Bullnose, 1/2 Bevel, 1/4 Bevel Top, Ogee, Ogee Double, Ogee Bullnose, Dupont Double etc. As per customers?ˉ requirements.
8). Q: How does your factory keep the quality control ?
A: Our products already passed ISO9001 standard since 2003. We guarantee our stone products is done by our professional workers. Of course, welcome to our factory for goods inspection before shipping.
9). Q: How is the packing you often offer ?
A: All the products are packed with foamed plastic inside and in fumigated and seaworthy wooden crates.
